Membership Card Mailing For A Local Nonprofit
A local nonprofit was spending countless volunteer hours assembling and mailing membership cards by hand. We created a workflow for their data, sourced a pre-formed digital membership card stock, and took advantage of their Nonprofit mailing permit. This freed up volunteer and management time, and saved them money on postage.
City of Vancouver - New Mover Postcards
The City of Vancouver, WA wanted to introduce new residents to local active transportation options, but had no built-in way to identify who those new residents actually were. We sourced a targeted new-mover mailing list through a data broker and paired it with cost-effective printing, delivering the campaign more efficiently than the city's typical mailings.

Catalogs/Flats — Oversize mail pieces carry more information and create a stronger visual impression than a standard letter or postcard. We produce catalogs, magazines, and newsletters in a range of page counts, paper stocks, and binding options, and can mail them directly with the address printed on the piece itself or enclosed in an envelope for added protection and presentation. Flat-size mail falls under its own USPS rate structure, and our in-house presorting helps keep postage costs down even on larger runs.

Folded Self Mailers — A folded self mailer delivers brochure-level content and visual presence without the cost of an envelope. We produce these as single large sheets folded down to size, or as multiple pages bound into a compact booklet, then tabbed or sealed to meet USPS mailing standards. Because they qualify for letter-size postage rather than flat-rate pricing, self mailers pack more message into the mailbox for less. Getting the fold pattern, panel layout, and tab placement right is essential for USPS acceptance, and that's a detail we handle as part of every job.
